That is why we at WERDEGANG-Werkstatt would like to introduce ourselves to you as an innovative partner for the training of young skilled workers. As we are particularly experienced in the field of training, we can support you holistically or only in parts of the training. You can find all further information on training here.
We are a workshop for trainees in the professions of mechatronics technician or electronics technician for industrial engineering. But trainees from other professions (industrial mechanic, window fitter, etc.) can also attend modules with us and are very welcome. It is best to contact us directly to get to know us and our possibilities. In addition to training, the WERDEGANG workshop also offers further qualifications in the electrotechnical and mechanical fields. We would be happy to design a seminar offer for you individually. Trainees
The WERDEGANG workshop offers school graduates promising career opportunities from its network and shows why it is worthwhile to take advantage of them. We also want to see ourselves as an information platform and try to answer questions – in the best case already before young people ask them.
Training companies
Together we are stronger. The WERDEGANG workshop also wants to offer smaller companies first-class options for trainees, such as workshops or exam preparation coordinated with you, and thus increase the attractiveness of industrial occupations.
Companies
Every year apprenticeships or training places remain unfilled & valuable capacities unused. This should not remain this way. We would like to network with companies, not only from our area. Together we develop training offers, create space for learning and cooperate with local associations, external companies, education partners and brands.
Specialists
Our aim is to continue to shape the WERDEGANG together, even after the apprenticeship. It does not matter how long ago the training took place. The WERDEGANG workshop adapts individually to prior knowledge and qualification needs in order to achieve the goal together in the best possible way.
The training workshop.
In our excellently equipped training workshop on the company premises of ELHA-MASCHINENBAU Liemke KG, we have been inspiring young people for high-tech, crafts and industry for decades. Our experienced trainers teach & support apprentices from various companies in our region (Hövelhof and surrounding area), have their finger on the pulse and are excellent coaches, mentors and sparring partners. We also cooperate closely with the various BANG training networks in different regions.
